The Mayan is only a few steps away from all of the excitement downtown Aurora has to offer. Walk comfortably to the outdoor concert pavilion to see big name bands throughout the summer, or stroll over to see the latest show at the critically acclaimed Paramount Theater, which has become the envy of all Chicagoland centers for the performing arts. Entertain your friends by throwing a few dollars onto the roulette table at the Hollywood Casino, and then take them out for dinner or drinks without ever having to get into your car. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy kayaking on the Fox River and running or biking along its scenic trails. Should you wish to venture further out, you will find the Metra Train and Pace Bus transportation conveniently nearby. Your new living adventure awaits!

This amazing two-story corner unit features a fabulous living area on the first floor, complete with ample storage, a full size bathroom and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and microwave. The second floor provides extra space for work or play with views of the living space below and a convenient half bath. Tenant pays a $25 water fee plus an additional $5 per person and $25 gas fee per month. All other utilities are tenants responsibility. Renter's insurance is required for the safety and well-being of our tenants.
