Pay Online

Thank you for using Karademas Management’s online payment service. We accept ACH (electronic check) payments. We do not currently accept credit cards.
Please note there is a $1 fee per transaction to offset bank charges.

You may make single payments or set up a recurring monthly payment. Registration is not required for one-time payments.
You will be transferred to US Bank’s secure payment site to process the payment.

Late Fees

Online payments are still subject to late fees. Remember that rental payments are due on the first of each month. Payments made after the 5th of the month will incur late fees as outlined in your lease.

Nonsufficient Funds

Please note there is $35 fee for any “bounced” payments. Please make sure that you have adequate funds in your checking account prior to making a payment.
